The "Troublestarters" An excellent way to start the festival with this jazz/blues group with an outstanding female lead (Tanya Mahanger-sitting in the back right in this shot). |

Jak Kelly Unfortunately his picture didn't come out, so I used his website picture. Jak was a real treat for us, he took complete control of the audience! |
Johhny McKenzie and Kep Lawrence Kip organized this event and sang with Johnny performing mostly Johnny's original songs; good picking, good songs, good stuff! |
Pat McCune If you like Leo Kottke, you woud have enjoyed Pat. He plays the 12-string guitar the way it is supposed to be played! |
Sam Pacetti We've heard Sam a number of times - each time is a real treat. There is no adjective that I know of that can describe his talent on the guitar. He is absolutely astounding! |
Jack Williams Quite simply - the reason we drove 350 miles (round-trip) for this festival. Jack's ability to mesmerize an audience has been proven over and over - the combination fo his stories (songs), muscianship, singing and just plain charisma is unparalleled! |
Gove Scrivnor You can't catagorize Gove - good "foot-stomping" blues, folk, bottle-neck musician. He did a little of everything with great enthusiasm to everyone's delight. |
John Mooney John's picture also did not come out. We had the opportunity to hear him Friday night as well; at the Starboard Lounge (the best hot wings you will EVER eat) John sings the blues like Spike John Koerner, but sings more current songs as well as originals. He is a local musician with well developed (and deserved) local following. |

The above was Saturday's schedule and was a TERRIFIC lineup - congratulations Kip on a great JOB!. We didn't stay for Sunday's events as we had to get back to the southeast part of the state; but the line up included The "Troublestarters", Johhny & Kip, Pat, Gove and . . . |
